Refund Policy of ICES Tech Hub Private Limited:
At ICES Tech Hub Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality IT services and ensure client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services and the resources involved, we have established the following refund policy: No Refund Policy:
a. ICES Tech Hub Private Limited has a strict no refund policy for all services rendered. b. Once the services are initiated or delivered, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the circumstances, unless otherwise stated explicitly in a separate agreement or contract.
Client Responsibilities: a. It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the successful delivery of services.
b. The determination of a refund, whether partial or full, will be at the discretion of ICES Tech Hub Private Limited and will be based on the specific circumstances of the case. Change or Cancellation of Services: a. If the client wishes to make changes to or cancel the services with in 48 hours, agreed upon after the initiation, it may be subject to 90% refund to the advance paid.. b. Any such changes or cancellations shall not entitle the client to a refund for the services already rendered or in progress.
Force Majeure: a. ICES Tech Hub Private Limited shall not be liable for any refunds or damages if the non-performance or delay in performance of services is due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, government regulations, or any other force majeure event.
Dispute Resolution: a. In the event of a dispute regarding the eligibility for a refund, both parties agree to engage in good-faith discussions to reach a mutually acceptable resolution. (only 50% refund will be made if work has not started.
b. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it may be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction as outlined in the governing law and jurisdiction clause of our terms and conditions.
Changes to the Refund Policy: a. ICES Tech Hub Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
b. The most recent version of the refund policy will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately. Please note that this refund policy is a general outline and may need customization based on your specific business practices and applicable laws.
